I totally agree with you though. If someone told me they believed another source when I told them I had the disc in my hand and it's a one disc set, it would piss me off. Plus it's just plain rude. Why the hell would Forever Knight (who seem to be a big fan of the series) make up that it's a one disc set?

People do lie. I expect shit like that from 16 year olds and shit. He had every right to question me about it. It's not a big deal. Nothing would have been questioned if I wasn't at a cottage bc I left my digital cam at home and would have taken the pics asap. Here I had to get a buddy to take the shots for me, no big deal.

I just want to watch this shit when I get back. I wasnt even planning on getting this blu-ray, I want the boxed set. But for the price I paid...it was worth seeing these 2 movies over a month early.

Beginning in 2006, I worked in a manufacturing facility. There, I saw some of the first shipments of BD's to hit the US market go out the door. I continued working there for the next two years, before I moved out of state and had to quit. In reality, BD shipments generally go out at least a month prior their street dates. Production on the discs usually commences at least a month or two prior to that. Which means the studios are pretty much out of the picture a good two to three months before the discs hit the street. They aren't "processing" anything. At that point, it's all in the hands of the manufacturing facilities. And no, discs are not manufactured in-house. The plant I worked at manufactured discs (BD, CD and DVD) for Sony, Disney, Warner Brothers, Universal, Fox, Anchor Bay, and various smaller distributors.

So the idea that "the studio" hasn't finished "processing" the BD's yet, a couple of weeks prior to their street date, is just plain ignorance. Which would be fine, were you not using your ignorance in a lame attempt to "out" someone who was actually telling the truth.

The german and UK have been confirmed to have 2 movies per disc apart from part 1 so I hope Warner aint messed this up. I will be buying the UK set once its £20 so maybe this xmas

Some people just like to ***** about anything they can. It's a bit stupid to think that a studio would wait last minute before actually processing discs.
