£19.98 http://www.sendit.com/blu-ray/the-co.../10549758.html
£22.47 http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005OW7U7U Seems damn cheap! Only thing I'd like out of there is Barton Fink which is due out in Germany https://forum.blu-ray.com/germany/18...k-dec-1st.html |

does the trend of fink releasing first in britain as a single and boxset disc, and now in germany, necessarily indicate that the movie is going to see a general multi-national release? including europe and the united states?
or is this more indicative of the film just coming out in a few specific european markets, where the film was more appreciated? or does this indicate neither. i look forward to this disc more than anything else. followed by the man who wasn't there. |

Barton Fink wonn't have a single release in the UK from what I can gather. I am anticipating a Central European release though from Universal because it looks like all the old home video rights have reverted to Universal Pictures.
Northern Europe though is a different matter as Noble have control there where it's available now http://nobleentertainment.com/movie/Barton_Fink Is less than €12 at Amazon http://www.amazon.de/dp/B005RALUAW so I'll go with that version no doubt. There was some messing about with Blood Simple in the UK where it only ever got a decent release in boxsets and never appeared singly in a restored version. I think the UK boxset will drop in price quickly enough so if you can find a place for the others that's a good option. I already have them and Burn After Reading is shit. |

Already a wonderful Blu-ray of that http://www.dvdtherapy.com/review_info.php?id=2012
You'll need a Blu-ray player or PC (or rip the disc) to remove the forced subtitles however. https://forum.blu-ray.com/france/939...ere-coens.html I don't like to wait too long for my Coens ![]() |

It's unlikely but I'd love it if they were in single cases. I'm not so anal about it that it would stop me buying the set but where I have collections by specific directors I like having them ordered chronologically on the shelf. |

Amazon now have this for the oddly priced £15.19 http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005OW7U7U matching Play http://www.play.com/DVD/Blu-ray/4-/2...t/Product.html
All the 10% off coupons for Zavvi/TheHut seemed to have dried up but they still have it for £14.95 http://www.thehut.com/blu-ray/the-co.../10549758.html |
