I'm pretty sure Warehouse Deals is simply the name of a third party seller that lists through Amazon. I believe I've actually ordered a few things from them here and there. I think they're also 'fulfilled' by amazon, which means their stock is actually held at and dispatched from amazon's warehouse(s). So in their case it's Warehouse Deals that resealed that merchandise.

Amazon has recently changed their listing format in a way that is causing confusion to some people. For example, if an item is OOP and no longer stocked by amazon themselves, it used to be easy to tell because by the main item listing there would be only the "new from..." and "used from" headings for third party listings. Now Amazon seems to list the price of the cheapest 'fulfilled by amazon' seller offering the item new in the main item listing just as Amazon's own price typically is, causing some people to not realize an item is actually coming from a third party if they don't read closely. ...If that makes any sense, heh.
