I could go for some serious upgrades to The Wizard of Oz.

Since I don't like musicals, it would be great if they used CGI to remove all the song and dance and instead inserted a bunch of clever, modern, "hollywood-esque" style bantering. They could talk about everything from the weather to the ghoulish stories of the wicked witch.

I think they should also remove the wings on the monkeys and give them jetpacks with laser guided missle systems.
