YAY! Glad I sold my DVD...I was hesitant at first thinking it would take forever if at all, but it seems Disney is starting to release more than ever. No reason why they shouldn't though for titles like this and Tarzan.

Will definitely upgrade. Hercules and Hunchback are long overdue for a re-release.

yes!!! a little while ago I watched the making of Dumbo again at it showed a clip of Pocahontas in HD, it was sooo beautiful! day 1!!

the 5.1 soundmix/music score on the DTS laserdisc is also simply gorgeous. recently rewatched some of the supplements on the DVD and the premier in New York City's Central Park is a very interesting featurette - I had forgotten that Disney had struck 70mm prints for the premier.

Actually, Pocahontas is one of my least favourite Disney movies (in canon), but I will still pick it up day one.

What I really want is Aladdin. Hold the 3D conversion, please!

Great news! I never picked up Pocahontas on DVD so I will pick this up on blu-ray day one. Haven't seen this film since I was around 15 or 16 years old. Been a long time, but I remember that I do like the film. Looking forward to it.

This was SUCH a cool feature. I really enjoyed. I especially enjoyed the camera shot from a balcony/hotelroom/apartment that showed the screens hiding in the trees. That looked like a really cool day. Anyone who hasn't seen it should throw their disc in a and check it out!

man as much as i adored peter pan as a kid,i couldnt get much into it when the anniversary dvd came out,watched it with my girl and kid and for the life of me i just didnt have the same appeal as it used to

Man, they need to release Hercules, too. Hopefully next year, since it is the 15th anniversary, just like it is the 20th anniversary for Aladdin. I want them both next year.

Day One, for sure. Disney should release more of titles every year. Or rather, quality ones like this, instead of Bambi II, they should do Emperor's New Groove or non-sequels.

I'll get it, but there are many other Disney animated classics I'd rather have on Blu first.
