I've actually complained too, not about this game since I haven't played it yet, but plenty of us already complained about PoP Trilogy. Unfortunately it did get us nowhere.

I try harder than most. I will call the corporate office and do stuff like that. I am still just baffled as to how something like that could have been left out of the game.
