Talk about crushing defeat after the pre-CES announcement, I think these numbers say it all.

3:10 to Yuma will be Lionsgate's best seller to date without a doubt, maybe on both platforms. It's still going strong, so it maybe #1 next week as well.

Anyone who is wondering if they should buy it... YES, go out and get it, it's a must buy.

Western. It's sort of action/drama, very powerful acting from Christian Bale and Russell Crowe. Even for those who don't like Westerns, it's generally well received.

Lets hope this trend remains as strong next week and the week after. I don't want to see these numbers drop. If we can keep it in the 80's, then HD DVD will have less than 1/5th of the HD market! We need this to end this thing once and for all!

seems interesting.... I'll wait for UK version. I'm embarrased every time I collect parcels containing BD discs in post office (they remembered me). I better buy it myself (but then again, they remembered me, and often said "another blu-ray??") lol

I'm in the UK too. Whenever I order anything from the US it's delivered to my door.
