My reasoning was to list movies that have received great restorations/transfers since everyone else was listing the high-end PQ/AQ releases (Avatar, Dark Knight, LotR).

Nor Paths of glory which is one of the must own BD's alongside Adventures of baron Munchausen-very underrated movie IMO.Watchmen,Planet earth (BBC),Alien anthology,Apocalypse now among a fair few others too numerous to mention.All ones absolute favourites belong in this category.

The ten best 7.1 lossless tracks on bluray
or
The ten must have blurays (pre Y2K) simply for their PQ.

Nope. I just wanted to beef up my collection and wanted to hear people's thoughts on the Blu-rays they love the most. I already own most of the movies mentioned in this thread, the real question is; which ones do I want to Re-purchase for my Bly-ray collection.
