I don't think he is either. The Raiders have picks in round one, five, and six. Mike Brown isn't taking a 5th or a 6th or even both for Palmer, so the only other option would be the first unless you were thinking of including players. I don't think Palmer is available for trade anyway, I just mention it because it was 1 of the 2 names you brought up. Even if they still had the 3rd round pick they spent on Pryor, they wouldn't have enough for Palmer.

Why not? I know Brown is stubborn but it looks like Dalton can run this team, so refusing to take a couple of draft picks to help your team progressing is

haha true. Dallas' defense is impressive, especially since they will likely have to carry the offense all year. and i feel bad for those guys. i mean, unlike in Indy with Manning where when they had a lead they could pin their ears back and win they GOTTA be thinking, "we did our part, but what if Romo...?"

no matter what they say, some of those guys have got to be thinking "this is getting old". granted he didn't lose the game for them today, they didn't execute terrifically on offense against a less than stellar defense.

what do you think their record will end up as?

they played "solidly" on defense and roughed Flacco up a bit but offensively we're a mess and without Mario on D i knew the Ravens were gonna be too much for us. luckily we play in a crap division this year so we should still come out strong. hopefully 10-6 or so

Word is that Brown and Palmer have had phone conversations recently and Brown remains as stubborn as ever. Bengals fans have always hated Mike Brown. I don't think he cares if they hate him a bit more for this situation.
