Anyone own 2 ps3's? Account Question

I've read, you can activate the acct on something like 5 ps3s. I don't know though.

I do know, when I had service done and I got a different unit, I was able to activate my PS3 onto that account. And redownload the software.

However, given that someone else in the US prolly has my old PS3 now [fixed I hope ], I can't exactly test if the old ps3 can still play back.

There is an option for the PLAYSTATION®Network on your PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system to "Activate System". This option will register a PLAYSTATION 3 system or a PSP® portable entertainment system to your PLAYSTATION Network account. This option will allow certain PLAYSTATION®Store content to be downloaded to those registered systems (i.e., PS One titles for the PSP system, etc.)

Please note only a maximum of five PLAYSTATION 3 systems maybe registered to a PLAYSTATION Network account at a time. If you wish to deactivate a system from your PLAYSTATION Network account, you must do so by accessing the PLAYSTATION Network account on the registered PLAYSTATION 3 system you wish to deactivate.
