Loved this flick. It's the best horror film of the year at this point and I don't see that changing. I'm a big fan of Lucky McKee's film "May" and this is his best since that came out in 2003.

I read the book, I'm a huge Jack Ketchum fan. I will definitely be blind-buying this.

I have seen this movie and it was pretty good ........... Very graphic and bloody......I would not call it a horror flick since there are no real scares in the movie but there was a lot of torture and rape.

I wouldn't "necessarily" call it a horror film either, but it is in a sense and that's the genre it will be put into.

please dont waatch this disgusting movie, i seen this movie couple of months ago and was grossed howugly this movie was, now i have been watching horror moie since i was 5 and have seen it all but this was not horror but a sick man teaching torturing, degrading and raping woman and teaching his ugly son to do the same, yuck i would not want this blu ray for free. human centupede 2 is even better than this

Was this anything like "The Girl Next Door"? Not the one with Cuthbert in it, the other one, a Ketchum movie as well, and very disturbing subject matter.

Although I haven't seen this film, I have to say that this comment makes no sense at all since you go on to say that the "even the Human Centipede is better than this". From the way you describe the film, aren't they essentially the same?

Can't judge the film because I haven't seen it, but the trailer makes it look like a bad student film. And why does a wild, feral woman have bangs, anyway?

I think I'm one of the few that didn't care for it. It was decent just not as epic as horror critics say it is, IMO.

i agree critics are making a bigger deal calling it beatiful lol just over hyped

I think you missed the point of the film. And if you've seen the first movie, Offspring, you probably wouldn't feel that bad for her. It's not necessary to see Offspring before seeing this, but it does help. I remember after watching that (which I watched just so I could see The Woman) my first thought was, "I'm supposed to give a damn when they torture the b*tch in The Woman?" Yes the father in the movie, and his son, are monsters, but so is she. I felt worse for others in the movie, like his wife and the daughter's teacher. You cannot tell me this is worse than Human Centipede 2. It's not even very graphic, and for the people wondering it's nothing like the adaptation of Ketchum's The Girl Next Door. Now that was hard as hell to watch.

Some scenes are beautifully done, like the one of the daughter crying on the football field at school with the amazing song "Distracted" by Sean Spillane playing. I thought that scene was beautiful. Anyway, beauty is subjective. I thought Lucky McKee's film May was beautiful, but not everyone will agree.
