Default Christmas movie genre Blu-rays!

Trying to find Christmas movies on Blu-ray.com is very difficult unless you know the specific movie you are looking for.

My suggestion would be to have christmas movies as a genre under the movie section on Blu ray.com. This would help the consumer greatly when they are specifically looking for christmas movies and this in turn should help increase blu ray sales for christmas movies through amazon this holiday season and any other year.

As we all know everyone loves to watch Christmas films at Christmas and I cant think of any better way than being able to search for them under a Christmas genre on Blu ray.com.

I hope the editors can take this suggestion into consideration.

Many Thanks (GreatWhite83)

I personally don't think having a specific genre allotted for Christmas is necessary or appropriate. There are many people on this forum with an assortment of religious backgrounds and showing "favor" toward one holiday over others might rub some people the wrong way (not me, but I am throwing the possibility out there)...that being said, it might be nice to have a general "holiday" genre

Not a terrible suggestion, but it would obviously have to be "Holiday Movies," since not everyone here celebrates Christmas.

I, for one, celebrate Festivus, and would be horribly offended if there was a Christmas-specific genre.

Obviously I dont want to offend other religions, but there are so many christmas films and I feel at least a Holiday section should be included under a genre. I dont think christmas is offensive it is a religion, but more importantly it does mean alot to the western world and should be celebrated.

Hope the video transfer is more than subpar. I'm surprised there's no reviews yet.

Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas. Don't believe it is available on bluray unfortunately, but this is a Christmas movie I have been watching since I was a child.
