good to know, but this movie was so good, it's worth double dipping. I want my copy now! I'll buy the deluxe edition if/when it ever comes out, but I just can't wait that long.

It's already been mentioned but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being a Criterion release. Criterion did do a rundown with him on what films in the collection inspired him so I wouldn't be surprised if the idea was discussed. And if they wanted to do some of the other works in his filmography, I'd blind buy Bronson in a heart beat.

I just can't wait to watch on BD. If they release a LE down the road I will be all over that as well.

Really hope we get a steelbook here in the States! My 2 favorite movies of 2011 were Drive and Warrior. Hope at least one of them gets a steelie.

don't mind doubledipping on this.

This not being a summer action blockbuster piece of crap, it needs all the support it can get and I dont mind giving them my money.

I just hate doubledipping on movies that already made a trillion dollars, that's just moneygrabbing to me.

And in all fairness:

Boycot regular version = low sales
low sales = smaller possibility of awesome special edition.

That's how I see it. It's a great movie, I'd rather buy this 10 times than 1 copy of Transformers.

I'm kind of hoping for a digibook or packaging similar to The Social Network. If they could door special purple cases and use the poster on the first page as the cover art, that would be ideal as well.
