IPOD Nano vs. Touch

I'd also have to say get the Nano if you aren't going to use the browser or PDA functions. The Touch is basically the iPhone without the phone . . . so, if you don't need all that, save your money.

Just curious . . . if you're willing to spend $299 for the 8GB touch, and you're mostly using it for music in the car, why not get the 80GB Classic for $249? If you only have 6GB of music now, then that will give you plenty of room to expand, plus you can rip your CD's at a higher bitrate without having to worry about chewing up valuable space. Just my 2 cents.
