Well I'm pretty sure that Shallow and a bunch of other members have said that multiple times when people ask, which is every time they post pictures. I'd say at least $30 if not more. Some sites like DVDWorldUSA and possibily Axelmusic will ship early to non-US buyers.

Got the Reservoir Dogs because it's a AVC decode and has a DTS HD Master Audio.
Open Range is also nice and the real price for me is Good Shepherd.

Thanks man - yeah these are great movies. Super pumped I got the old packaging with the 3 cases rather then the newer with only 2.
