Hmm, weird but not unexpected. As usual they don't have express shipping for games. I guess they don't want people to complain about how the shipping cost is twice the cost of the steelbook itself?

This really just for steelbook itself? I copy/pasted in google translator and was getting words like pre order and comes with special and crystal edition.

Yes it seems to be just for the Steelbook. There's a note on the page that says you can get it for free if you buy the Standard or Crystal Edition.

BTW, if you use the Google Chrome browser, it can translate web pages automatically.
