Not really. In football calling a timeout when you don't have one is just a delay of game penalty. Which he would have gotten anyway.

Sure it adds 5 yards to the field goal, but "extremely lucky" is a bit much.

*EDIT* Oh, my bad. It's actually a 15 yard delay of game penalty. That would have made it a 54 yarder. On the other hand, it was only 3rd down, and Romo to Bryant would have been a quite possible 3rd down play.

prob. the worst game for rodgers all year so far......he couldn't hit wide open recv'rs for some reason today!!!

It got me 2 fantasy points, cannot believe with all Hester's returns and the 3 turn-overs they didn't score once. Oh well, at least the Cowboys won.

Wonder if you guys win today if Peterson played the whole game. So glad we won today, even if the Redskins stink they sure gave us one heck of a game.

It's funny because you complained just last week about trading him. He'll always have bad games, but good ones too. When Hasselbeck went out and a rookie QB took over it's a lot easier to focus on stopping the run.

That 4th quarter by the Chargers was one of the worst 4th quarters played by any team all season. And Tebow Time is up next.
