So, according to that back cover, "Intolerable" and "Barton" have no bonus features? So not carried over from the DVD editions?

Huzz - stupid question but did it fit through your mail slot ok? Want to know whether to have it sent to the office or not! Thanks!

Thanks - looks like I'll just wait for a separate release of Barton Fink then as I have the others and prefer the individual cases.

Thanks to huzz for the fab and thoughtful pictures!

A blow up of just the audio/subs (listed but not confirmed):

I'm expecting no special features on any of these types of back catalogue titles -I still own my DVDs for that.

Can someone confirm that the extras included with the separate releases of LEBOWSKI and A SERIOUS MAN are included? Are these the same discs?
Thanks.

Dang, I guess the fact that it's BD50 is just to add all those language tracks.

I was hoping for some new extras because if I remember correctly, the only extras on the Barton Fink DVD were a bunch of deleted scenes. No in-depth stuff like an audio commentary, an in-depth documentary or a making-of featurette. I guess if they were to include any extras, it would only be those deleted scenes.

Oh yeah, the DVD was from Fox so I guess that's why they didn't have the same extras.

The UK DVD was from Universal, and they had the same extras as the US Fox DVD. Also, "Intolerable" lost all the DVD extras, few as they were.

Bit out of touch with the content of this release.

Have held off getting the recent Lebowski release, but is this the same disc?

What will I be missing getting this set that I can have getting them separate?

Are the transfers identical?

1) Believe so.

2) Nothing, as far as I can see.

3) Again, I believe so - but I never had the original discs so can't say for sure - I see no reason why they wouldn't be the exact same discs as what is already available separately.

For those interested, Barton Fink will be getting a seperate release in the UK next year, though at the moment there is no set date for it.

Well, seeing that I already have fargo and No Country For Old Men..should I pull the trigger on this one too? I've seen Big Lebowski but none of these others. At least the price is decent this time.

Based on my film collection do you think I'd enjoy these? Or should I go with the US set?
