Hi there.
Is there someone who has a blu-ray cover collection with similar covers or a cover series that you guys recommend?
Something like bpmford's blu-series. I would really appreciate that.

Thank you.
best regards

Default Condorman WIP

This is a work-in-progress, the TT doesn't work on the spine so I will have to rework that.

I used three separate posters for the cover, two of the UK Quad and another of the 1-sheet. The TT on the cover is itself a composite of the TT from two separate posters. I moved the TT around on the cover but I'm still not sold on where it ended up.

Hardly any work has been done on the bacj aside from the gallery and adding a background image. I'll no doubt move Woody to one side to make room for the synoposis and credits.

Of course the studio logos will be changed to Disney.

Looks very good so far. The positioning of the title is not quite right though but i'm not sure what to suggest.
In fact, the title may be in the right place but the white makes it stand out as those putting the title there was an afterthought - maybe a bit more text would fill it out, such as "A Walt Disney Film" or "Michael Crawford Oliver Reed in".

Still looks great though - if only they'd release it.

In fact, we like this movie so much we're each making a cover for it. Besides, even StarCrash is on Blu, so...

I think you need to put the title at the top and find a place for the white suit, maybe shrink him a little and move up next to the cars but it's looking good!

I'm looking at their site for their printing service and I'm kind of confused as to what to pick...

Good suggestion. Thanks FC4L

I'm thinking placing Oliver Reed above Barbara Carrera and the TT on the Blue will help create a frame for the TT.

Right now I am working the details below the picture gallery. This includes cloning out the legs of Woody and Natalia and replacing them with the boat chase battle and car chase that are currently off-the-page.

I am planning on shifting the image of Woody on the back to the right and up (cutting out the Morovich image entirely). This will allow the synoposis and credits to fill up the left hand side of the back cover without obscuring Woody and Natalia's faces.

This cover is taking longer than usual because in addition to the Holidays I am also involved in organizing a wedding - my own.

Just go into the store and ask them if they'll let you feel their glossy paper to see which one suits your needs. Load up the covers and print. It's that simple.

I love Condorman but you're gonna put me in an awkward position if you're both doing a custom.
I'll need to choose who's is best.

No problem rybev there's no ego's at play here...Nissen and I are doing the covers for our own enjoyment. "Condorman" is a fun movie and doing the custom cover is fun too.

Nice Condormans guys. I grew up watching it. The cars and boats are still awesome! I hope it sees a Blu-ray release.

You and me both

The credits will be below the stills gallery. I am thinking of cloning Krokov completely out of the bottom of the back cover and focusing on the car and boat chases instead.

Looking better but I still think the TT needs to be centered above the image. Just looks kinda thrown in off to the side there, to my eye anyways.

The back bottom image also suffers having the yellow car cut off. If is was just a bag-guy black car it wouldn't matter but it's the hero's car!

Love your cover Nissen...its funny that we approached the covers from two entirely different angles

Here is a WIP of the WWII actioner "The Eagle Has Landed":
