UK Pirates will be 2-disc (75GB) releases

I agree. It is interesting that this blows another FUD thrown out there: That even with the greater capacity Disney would fill the 50GB with extras and compromise the feature.

Pedro Almodóvar's "Volver" (Sony) is up for preorder at Amazon. Check under April releases from their Blu-ray page. It doesn't give a date, but DavisDVD says to expect the BD day-and-date with the DVD on April 3.

Personally, I thought this movie was awesome. If you're a fan of Almodóvar's work, don't miss out.

So when is Warner Brothers going to release Batman Begins on Blu-ray. I recently picked up a blu-ray player because I believe blu-ray will win out over HD DVD. However, HD DVD seems to have a lot of my favorite movies that Blu-ray does not. I want The Thing, The Hulk, Van Helsing, Hannibal, An American Werewolf In London, Terminator 3, Hellboy, Chronicles of Riddick, Pitchblack, Gladiator, Highlander, Alien Quadrilogy, Star Wars Septilogy, Tim Bandits, Troy, True Lies, Robocop, Hollowman, Highwaymen, The Professional, Sin City, Men In Black and Men In Black II, but to name a few of my favs. I know, I know a lot of these are Universal titles. What is blu-ray waiting for. If they wanna blow HD DVD out of the water just use the big guns the Alien Quadrilogy and the Star Wars Septilogy...
