Starting off with Batman & Robin (1997) :

Robin : Where's the Snowman?
Batgirl : Maybe he melted.
Batman : No, he's just hibernating.

csdot is right, Army Of Darkness is the winner for the most cheesiest line ever put into one movie in all of the history of cinema. Plus no one can deliver them like Bruce Campbell can.

From Dungeons And Dragons (and i have a hard time actually believing how bad this line is) "Are they betting on how long he lives?" - "No, they are betting on how long until he dies." Wtf?

Any line that contains the title of that movie in it for dramatic effect. Especially when you see it in the trailer for the movie. It doesn't happen too much anymore but it was almost a sure thing in the old "grind house" days.

Don't Be A Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood: "Message!"; Ok kids! What do you say when you meet a nice man? The kids say," Are you my daddy?!" To be honest every quote in that movie is cheesy.

Cringe worthy. Embarrassing to watch, and should be muted. This has to be one of the top cheesiest lines ever.

Anyone seen Shark Attack 3? Here's the infamous line.

This is a TERRIBLE film. But it's one of those films that falls into the "so bad it's good category." I really enjoy it. Bad acting, bad editing, terrible special effects, this film is the holy grail.

One of my favorite funny yet cheesy films is "Last Action Hero", and its full of cheesy lines...

"There's always a guy in there! It costs me a fortune in closet doors."
"Iced that guy...to cone a phrase."
"How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice!"
"No sequel for you."
"Usually when I do that, it leaves a hole."

I also like (the real) Adrian Cronauer's jokes in "Street Fighter"...

"What does it say on the bottom of Coke bottles in Bison's army? Answer: open other end."
"Gooooood morning, Shadaloo."
"Anyone know what to do when a Bison trooper throws a hand grenade right in your face, huh? You pick it up, pull, then throw it right back at him!"
