True, but other than that his picks have been mostly garbage. I remember him picking the Dolphins to win it all after they picked up Daunte Culpepper and ever since he got burned on that pick, all his picks I would consider "safe" picks and the occasional hot team from the previous year. Anyone looking at the previous years records could make his picks for him.

24-2, guess the Falcons really miss Brent Grimes, lot of passes completed down the field. So much for those that said the Giants had no chance against Atlanta.

Funny, you also picked Atlanta to "easily" beat the Giants, what happened there?

From your link:

AFC champion: Pats (9), Jets (1), Steelers (1), Chargers (1)

NFC champion: Packers (4), Eagles (3), Saints (3), Cowboys (1), Falcons (1)

I wouldn't call it terrible. He put up 959 yards and 8 scores while missing 4 games, 6 if you include the 2 games he got knocked out of. If he continues to have injury/drop issues, it is a terrible pick, but he has a lot of potential considering he is a rookie with room to improve.

I thought it would be a lot more of a game, guess I overestimated Atlanta's offense and underestimated New York's defense. Now wondering how close Tim Tebow will be able to keep it tonight. Oh and while I don't think NY will win next week, I wouldn't be surprised if that game is decided by less than 7 points.

Ya, I was wrong there. Atlanta is far worse than I thought. Green Bay isn't though. I'm guessing next week will be something like Green Bay 38 New York 17.

Half of those experts did pick Atlanta to win the division over New Orleans. The Saints won the division by 4 games.

I think it will be closer than people think, I still think Green Bay will win, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Giants pulled off the upset...

I know the Falcons are overrated but this 2 points is laughable, and the offense has been shut out. They got dominated in last year's playoffs too.

It's time for Matty Ice to force something that might turn into a pick six and really get these New Jersey fans going.

Right, I didn't think the Falcons were picked by many, which is why I looked up ESPNs picks. I still think they have talent . Can't really blame the people who picked the Chargers to win that division based on the AFC West's track record and the Chargers late season record in recent years.

Just looked at the forecast for next week's NY@GB game and they're expecting weather in 20-25 degree range.

Giants have the running game to pound Green Bay's defense, the pass rush to pound Aaron Rodgers and the weapons to keep up score-wise if necessary. Still think your prediction that they will get blown out is inaccurate.

Depends on which Giants team shows up. It could easily go either way.

Ya, you never know with the Giants. At least they don't have to play the greatness that is the Washington Redskins in the playoffs.

So what's the over/under on what part of the game Tebow gets pulled? I'm guessing 3rd quarter.

I enjoy the few times a year where I get to be right

A nice, ice cold to me and the whole 5 other people who stated they were picking the Giants.

Yeah those dangerous Falcons were really coming to dominate today!

Mind you, I wanted the Falcons to win, but they suck on the road / in the playoffs and Giants are built better for this time of the year and are a "tougher" team than Atlanta.

And now it might be time for calls for Atlanta's coach to go. 0-3 in the playoffs I believe with the last two being blowouts and they look like crap.

If Giants win today, the home team will be 3-0 in this year's playoffs. It's pretty tough winning on the road, just ask the Saints! Falcons lost at home last year, but it was against the Packers!

He likes to make questionable decisions to go for it also, I never thought Mike Smith was that great. Should be 2 really good NFC games next week as the 49ers clash with the Saints and the Giants try to upset the Super Bowl champions.
