Not supposed to mention Tebow with any religious talk of any sort, whatever that means.

I did a search and here are the number of times these phrases have been used in a post in this thread.

"Tebow" - 457
"Brady" - 414
"Rodgers" - 451

Good luck with that mods.

if i was heading to a pretty crappy football school and my goal was to help them become more well known and better appreciated, i may stay to help do that, especially since they're having success. yeah, he personally likely won't have a better season, but as a team they could, so he has some reasons to stay.

although money speaks more for most
It happens quite a bit. Jake Locker would have gone much higher had he not returned for his senior year. Same with Matt Leinart who might have even been #1 or 2 overall but returned his senior year and fell to #10 I believe.

What has become more interesting, is the fact that my Brownies have apparently been talking about NOT drafting a QB, but it is widely believed they will use their picks (a lot of them at that) to get impact players (hopefully Blackmon drops to us, and RGIII being in the draft would help that) and then getting a QB and probably a RB in Free-Agency.

We won't be good next year, but with a good draft and off-season we could certainly be a .500 team if we play our cards right.

w/the right coaching staff (i don't follow the browns @ all beta...sorry ) and w/a lot of incoming talent, they could be developed into a competetive team in a couple of years!!

I'll almost guarantee Blackmon will be there at #4. It's practically a foregone conclusion Luck will go #1 and Kalil #2. I'm guessing Minnesota doesn't take him #3 given their many other needs. Unless Minnesota trades their pick Blackmon should be there at #4. If Griffin isn't taken by Cleveland there's no doubt he goes to Washington at #6 barring some trade up.

Unless Julio Jones turns out to be a Hall of Fame WR the Browns got away with robbery in that deal with Atlanta.

I was surprised last year when they planned to take Julio Jones, I thought they had a good receiving core already and they had other needs

The amount they paid to move up and get Julio Jones was criminal

Two 1's, a 2, and two 4's

That's kind of dealing is usually for franchise QB, not receiver

Awful news coming out is that the Packers O coordinator's son was found in a river after a short search

I keep telling myself that, to make up for the Colt McCoy pick. It's easy to say "He was a 3rd rounder" but in actuality, he's gonna cost the team a lot more than a 3rd round pick

It's hard to tell from the news reports but I think he went through ice that cracked and drowned or froze. RIP. I can't imagine how the poor guy doesn't have to take a leave. Hard to prepare for a huge game with his son dead.

Surprising stat about Aaron Rodgers

3-12 in games decided by 4 points or fewer
0-5 in overtime

He could use some... wait for it...
[Show spoiler]Tebow Time clutch

This cool little thing sums up the road each team took to get to the playoffs
