yeah, since we have confirmation that the films are on separate discs, there should be plenty of extra space for special features.

I thought it was great they added that in for the special edition though I love the pop / single version of the song more by Jon Secada & Shanice. 90's nostalgia right there.

I'm expecting all the classic DVD features to be in it. Won't have to keep switching between discs now to watch Colors of the Wind and the other!

Oh, really? I didn't realize they'd be on separate discs. I figured they'd be on the same one ala Fox and the Hound. That's certainly good news.

We have no such confirmation. The fact that some countries have stand-alone releases does not confirm that the 2-movie collection is not single disc. They may have simply split the content on the blu-ray disc. The U.K. for example is getting The Fox and The Hound blu-rays separately.

Hmmm I can't remember, probably dvdizzy, but looking there it wasn't confirmed. But other countries (like Germany) seems to be getting standalone nonetheless

Australia is getting standalone DVD editions AND 2 movie collection editions. Shame blu-rays don't get the same treatment, probably because it's considered a niche market (animation on blu-ray ><).

or probably cause they can put 2 movies on one disc without compromising quality?
I know about the standalone releases on other countries (I provided the info about Greece's releases - Fox and the Hound 1 being one of them)
