Except the prices are not always that great. I got some on sale last time.
But I don't always have 15 to 20 Euros or even more to spare on a film in a steel case...

I believe (last time) I got one big Amazon carton, then two smaller cartons with each containing one SteelBook wrapped in plenty bubble-plastic.
I was kinda like "What the heck..." in how much packaging there was, but if you're worried about it, I guess they're playing it safe.

It's the remake only. Universal is releasing the '82 original in steelbook form

Don't worry, it is on my "to watch"-list between 700 other movies, but should this rather be on the "priority"-list or something? :P

One of the best movies from last year IMO. I am very proud to have this movie in my collection, never mind the added benefit of having it in Steel (both the UK and French SBs are excellent BTW).

This one probably passed by here a bunch of times, but first, I noticed it came in some funny packaging.
Well, at least I thought so, and I'm not high, so here it is:


It says not to open it... Is there a bomb in it or something?
And apparently it's also 'Certified Frustration-Free Packaging'. That's something official? XD

I think it's one of the best SteelBooks I've seen, very custom, very detailed, very nice.

Not sure if you can see, not very clearly, but it seems to come in some kind of special Steelcase-packaging now.
It's like it has this "holder" inside so that it's not tightly packed so it could be crushed I guess.
I take it they've had a lot of return in the past...

Please try & remember to mention to ppl that the discs are not region-free, especially when you're complimenting AQ/PQ of a particular title
You might influence someone into ordering one, only to be disappointed when they find out that the discs won't play in their Region-A Blu-ray player

Oh, and I don't know if I mentioned the "issue" about the shipping times and costs with Amazon Canada here.
But the thing was that the cheapest option, which I used, would take 30-40 Weeks(!).
And what actually happened? I placed this order 2 days ago... BAM!
But seeing the box it came in, it seems like it was launched or it went at hyperspeed or something...
It would probably have exploded if I chose the "courier"-option.
Anyway, they really need to update their info, cause 30-40 weeks?? Yeah, when there were no planes around...
