Afterall, the HLS were released over 12 years ago. I figured a lot has changed in materials and performance.

I guess someone may be bound to ask, How much are you looking to spend? 2000.00 here is my target budget.

I've had the same Mission speaker setup for about that amount of time and I still like them as much now then I did then. They give me the sound I like and could afford. If I were to change I'd probably look at everything out there, you might find something that you like alot and could of been left aside.

I would redirect my question as; would like to upgrade my JBLs and what setup do you recommend in such price range, and chances are the answers are going to be trust your ears
