oh wow! I'm not a big fan of pre-ordering but looks like you are. I might have to pre-order GTA4 tho that could be a sell out

Walmart, thats where I go if I dont pre order. No one thinks of Wal mart and you walk in and out. 75 people in line down the street at my EB games for Guitar Hero 3. 2 people in line at Walmart for Guitar Hero 3. 215 people at the same EB games hoping and praying airplanes would drop 200+ Wii's from the sky on the release date in 2006. 35 people were waiting in line at my Walmart. Me and my brother got there at 5:00 and we were 34 and 35 on line, the last 2 to get one. Sold it for 585 dollars on Ebay. All in all, Walmart is the place to go on release nights

Just checked out the videos at IGN.com and wow! The player's motions look more fluid and real this year! I love the new predicted paths of the pitches too.

I can't wait! My MLB 07 stopped working accurately since the last firmware upgrade. There is no in-game commentary or those exciting historical commentary clips.

MLB 07 is an awesome game.. much better than 2K7.. I will be getting 08 sure enough.

I love the MLB: The Show series! Last year's was ok (graphics wise) for the PS3, but I know that 08 is going to be on a whole new level. The videos they have already are simply amazing. All of these features being included are going to put it over the top.

I'll be playing online the day it comes out for sure. My PSN ID is Magic13 if anyone wants to play against me and my Detroit Tigers.
