I picked up my copy at Target... for 39.99. They had about 4 sets still in the shipping box and I picked out a really good looking one. I forgot to check out the regular Target edition. (They already SpiderWrapped one box set to death)

My orders from Amazon always come via UPS.
UPS gets to me around 11am.
For some reason, this order was shipped via the post office.
Mail usually gets here about 4pm.

The 19.99 release was sold out when I got there. Did anyone else get it? Was it the movie only or did it have all the discs from the box?

The packaging for the box set is nowhere near the quality of the Gone With The Wind box set or even Ben Hur.

I got the single disc this morning. It's got all the special features related to Casablanca. It doesn't have the Warner documentaries on the box set supplemental discs. This single disc was perfect for me.

I picked it up at the North Dartmouth, MA store at about 10:30AM. They had four copies of the box set and and two rows each for the single disc Blu-Ray and DVD. I haven't got a chance to watch it yet, but according to the back of the case, it seems to be disc one of the box set, so you are getting the extras that pertain to the film (no retrospectives of the Warner family).

I noticed something interesting on the shrink wrap though. On the front bottom right-hand corner, there was a Target Exclusive sticker, with fine print at the bottom saying 'Exclusive Offer Expires 4/24/12'. There is also UPC affixed to the shrink-wrap on the back.

This makes me believe the folks who have seen a listing on sites like jr.com for the end of the month. Probably going to be the same disc, and will probably be cheaper once it reaches all retailers, so if you can't find it right now and can hold out a few weeks, I'd wait. At least Target is letting you know how long they will exclusively have it.

By some miracle, I called the electronics section at my local Target and someone answered on the first ring. They said they have two copies of the box set and plenty of Blu-rays and DVDs.

My Target had four copies of the single disc on the new release rack. They had the box set as well, and this store didn't spider wrap them.

I haven't opened my set up, But I agree you can tell once you hold it. Esp ben Hur I was shocked at how cool that set looked under the huge slipcover. Was unexpected.

The Casablanca cover is not but it is a bit smaller than those other sets.

I knew this was going to happen, which is why I got mine at Best Buy with a price match. Was a bit of a hassle (the CSR kept reminding me that someone was checking to see if Target had stock ), so I was relieved when I was transferred to a different cashier to complete the transaction.

Yeah, was thinking the same thing as it will likely be $14.99 before you know it. I went a head and took a bite anyway since I was at Target for work purposes. They only had 3 on the shelf so I took one. Not thrilled with the coverart, but I won't be watching the coverart later ....
