Is there an import version of this movie in Blu?

I don't believe so, there's a few import threads here and there, I usually use

Yes it does exist coming from Thai Import.

I've got The Kingdom on standard DVD, but this is the kind of movie that is bound for HD greatness. I'm almost tempted to spend the $150 on a Toshiba A2 HD DVD player just because I really want to own this title, American Gangster and Transformers in high def and can't wait for it to come out on Blu. Don't hate me.

I'm currently deployed right now and i'm right by saudi, so this movie has more effect on me at this moment.

Nothing against Thailand, but they are notorious for bootleg dvds. Are you sure that wasn't a bootleg blu ray that you saw incredipinoy?

haha it wont be that much soon..i own the kingdom and transformers on hd dvd...

u will be able to get them on clearance in not too long

here are my hd dvd reviews

transformers: 5/5 PQ (STUNNING)..4/5 AQ (could be better)..movie 5/5
the kingdom: 3.5/5 PQ....3.5/5 AQ...movie 4.5/5

in essence, hd dvd of kingdom is not that great, so dont pick it up...transformers is ridiculously good

i think once universal announces they are going blu, the kingdom will be one of the first they release on blu along with bourne...and paramound transformers will be the main announcement i assure u...so a little patience and you will be rewarded...unlike me. i wish i hadnt gotten hd dvds but i didnt hink the war would end so quickly. damn blu kicked their ass

I bought a PS3 here to keep me from being bored to death. Then Amazon got me into blu with all the BOGO's. My entire collection is from the last 3 months I been here in the sandbox. lol.
