Major Payne (1995) - Blu-ray Forum

I'm not a big fan of the Wayans family's comedy style, but this movie made me laugh countless times as a kid. I'd love to see it released in hi-def, especially if some extras were included. Does anyone else have interest in this?

It's a remake but I really like this one. Usually remakes I shy away from but this one is really funny. Anyways I would pick it up if it ever hit blu-ray.

From what I heard, its a very loose remake. I've never seen "The Private War of Major Benson", so I can't compare the two.

I am not a Wayans fan either, however, this movie is ridiculously funny and is one of the very few comedies that actually made me laugh out loud. I hope this is one of the lucky Universal titles that makes it to blu-ray.

I would definitely purchase this if was released. I want to get this and Down Periscope for some older funnies I can revisit from time to time.
