Sony is well known for having excellent customer service. They want their customers to be 100% satisfied and they aren't satisfied until the customer is. Sony is the one true business that they will go far and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with excellent products. When it comes to my electronics, I don't trust very many companies out there. Sony is really the only company I trust 100%. To this day, I've never had any Sony product break on me and I have a lot of Sony products.

I don't get that thinking....they are still a business and for a business to do something like that for a customer is great. I would love to get that offer if I bought something that expensive. It's not like, they charged him that much and didn't give him the product. |

Same here I love the service Sony does, I had a launch ps2 and not till 4-5 years later it stopped reading the disk and it was fixed for free, then I stood in line for the ps3 for 3 days and I managed to get a bad unit that keeps freezing on me, I called Sony, next day I got the shipping box, shipped it next day and in 2 days I was got my system back. I'm a happy camper with Sony.
