Have just done all the inside art for my BB steels. Only posting a picture of TDK as the art I've used on the others has been posted already but I haven't spotted this one as of yet.
![]() I think it works really well with the rest of the artwork on this steel, kind of has the same effect on the image with all the 'debris'. Not attempting the spine at all on mine. ![]() |

what's the best way to stick the spine art to the plastic?
Glue Stick doesn't seem to work that well and double sided tape keeps getting dust and stuff on it before I stick it down. edit: I just decided to go with double sided tape. it doesn't look the best but it's alright. I'll post pics soon Last edited by Frasr; 06-19-2012 at 01:05 PM. |

Alright, I just finished applying my first custom inside artwork.
I used the Aliens Vs Predator PS3 steelbook and swapped the inner plastic tray with my Source Code steelbook, so I can put my AvP & AvP Requiem blu's in it ![]() the spine wasn't too difficult.. I tried Pritt Stick but it didn't stick very well so I just used tape. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I used the template from FastFish and I have made several images.
I have one question about the size. I have to use the same size of the template to create the images? |

I'm looking to try and start dabbling with my own custom cover art and steelbook inside artwork designs. Can anyone help me?
Specifically I need to know if there is a legal software option for this kind of work that doesn't require purchasing. As I only have 3 titles that I REALLY NEED to customize, paying $50+ would be a bit steep for customization purposes. Thanks. |

Did a few more tonight, but would really like to have actual photo stock paper and not regular paper with meh quality.
Besides snapfish, what's the best and cheapest online printer for these? I think I remember someone posting something about one website charging 25 cents a print? |

Bought 2 of the steels off Ebay for $12.99 each, got RE: Extinction from Amazon Marketplace for $17.99. Not bad prices considering they can't be found in stores. You can still find decent prices for all of the RE steels on Ebay and Amazon. Depends on how much you want to pay. They average around $19.99. Last edited by moonknight619; 06-20-2012 at 08:21 AM. |
