I could manage to fit the audio rack in, but I'd either lose the subwoofer, or have to come up with some creative way to place it. The sub is close to the entry way stairs. I think I would need an audio rack that would sit over the sub.

I guess I need to see more pictures of the room to get a better idea of what you're working with
