Just noticed that the site has a pretty big sale. i noticed lot of the korean blue and dvds have come down to or a below kimchidvd pricing, which means it's cheaper with free shipping.

I only buy blu but I am not really seeing "a lot of korean blue" that is below kimchidvd pricing?

I have already checked and I am only seeing one korean blu-ray that is a few dollars cheaper than kimchidvd price. Hence why I am asking which other ones you are seeing that are cheaper

I ordered a film which was sent on the 13th of June and still hasn't arrived. I just used the free shipping. Was this a mistake? Do members who use YesAsia regularly generally choose the tracking option?

it sometimes takes a while, as it comes from Japan. I wouldn't start worrying quite yet. If it doesn't come next week, then start worrying.

The customer service has said that if I don't receive it by the 15th they'll send me another one. The company seem very good. I wonder if paying more for tracking options is what other members do?

10 days max to UK mate with the FREE shipping (which is generally very good). Hope you get your replacement sorted.
