A shame, as there's of course plenty. Disney doesn't seem to care enough about the film anymore at all.
I don't know -- I think TonyWDA had to take his reconstruction of the Kostal version down from YouTube. I think the Kostal version would be a great bonus feature someday.

Ya never know.

If anyone was wondering if Disney will let you purchase sleeves and Wraps too, like the slipcovers, you can purchase them. They are all 3.95 + 1.00 for each item you want.

EDIT: Forgot to say cases too.

Not exactly sure, you might have to ask disney that themselves.

Where exactly do you order these? I saw a copy of Bambi and Sleeping Beauty being sold used, but I'm not sure if the seller will be including the slip covers with them.

If you use the contact form at http://www.disneystudioshelp.com/Contact_Us.html you will receive something along the lines of the following:

Quote:
Thank you for your e-mail. O-sleeves are a limited-quantity bonus item available on initial shipments of titles. Not all titles are guaranteed to contain an o-sleeve. To ensure that you receive an o-sleeve in acceptable condition, we would suggest purchasing titles from a retail store on the release date of a title.

If you would like to purchase an o-sleeve, you may send $3.95 to our Consumer Relations Department to cover shipping and handling for a replacement o-sleeve of your desired title. *To take advantage of this offer, a check or money order (made payable to WDSHE Consumer Relations) along with a letter of intent should be sent to:

WDSHE Consumer Relations
PO Box 3100
Neenah, WI 54957-3100

If you need further information or have any other questions please contact us at 1-800-723-4763, Mondays 9:30-7:30 and Tuesday through Friday 9:30-6:30 CST.

Thank you,

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment Technical Support
So basically, just send a letter of intent along with the money to the address noted. You can call the phone number first to ask them about specific titles that may be OOP -- I would assume they have no problem sending them to you while supplies last. And again, while the above email doesn't specify (since I was only asking about the Tron Legacy 5-disc slipcover), each additional item after the first is only $1.00.

One crucial question; is it US only?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know. I would assume so, but then again... the Contact page linked does provide phone numbers for both the U.S. and Canada, and one of the form items asks your Blu-ray region with options of A, B, and C. I never thought to ask if they ship outside the U.S. because, well, I'm from Chicago.

It currently has went oop on DVD last year, and we have not received any announcement for release of it this year, which suggests that Mulan along with Robin Hood will come to Blu-ray sometime during next year.

The Jungle Book is part of the Diamond Edition line, and won't be released next year as Aladdin and TLM are going to be the 2013 line up, 2014 should have Peter Pan and the Jungle Book if the line is not changed further.

Those look awful and cheap like DVD covers! If Holland is getting the same covers I'm going to beg pixelfox to make me beautiful custom covers again..
