Now that bluray has won the format war

Will the cases still have the bluray logo

I think we'll have the Blu-ray Logo on them, but hopefully, no more advertising the 1080p

well like with dvds they kept the logo on their cases long after dvd won the format war back then

the logo you see on WB cases or the ones from like Sony? I prefer the Sony Blu-Ray logo look

I have no problem with them keeping the logos but like other people have mentioned it would be nice if they got rid of the stupid insert. Either give us one for the movie or none at all.

Of course they'll still keep the logo! It's still a format and a consortium after all.

DVD, VHS, CD etc all still have their own distinctive brands. And so shall Blu-Ray.

I like the logo and i dont mind the "1080p" on the inserts. What I do mind is movies that have no inside cover art. When I open WB, Paramount, or FOX movies all I see is a generic and cheap looking white.

How weird is it going to be when they release a bd without a blue snapper case.

How gangster would that be to release the dark knight with a smoked black look?

No i mean on top of the bluray case they have the bluray logo

I was saying they should take that off the top of the case

Don't want to get rid of the bluray logo it self

..They shouldnt take it off and they wont....
