well, speculations are going on b/c:
1. this is a very popular title
2. it had been in the plans prior to paramount becoming $150M richer
3. we have word that it was authored and michael bay had done work on it
4. op had taken pics of bd in their system, along with several others announced (not necessarily street date) titles prior to paramount's switch.

this isn't a simple x title is coming out when we've gathered so much evidence of a possible soon release.

Wow, all this excitement over a movie coming out. As some have stated, this movie was most likely already pressed and ready to roll as was Blades of Glory before Para pulled the plug on us. They are sitting in a warehouse ready to ship in my opinion, but let's just sit back and watch how quickly these movies hit the streets in the next couple of months if even that long.

It's coming people, we all know it, right?????????????

Blades of Glory was pressed, Transformers was NOT.
The disc was authored though, so its perfectly conceivable that Transformers is already being replicated right now.

Also it says Dolby Digital Plus and we all know Transformers on Blu-ray will have 24-bit PCM.

I haven't seen transformers yet and was planning a blind buy but the photochoped fake art work is making me think perhaps I better rent this one first. (The "megatron" robot looks pretty dumb and the kid with the cube looks dumb too.... )
