It would be sweet if Warner included the Kubrick movies they own as part of this series.

Searching for steelbooks on Play and listing them by release date puts all of these between 22nd October and 5th November. That doesn't make it a definite until dates are officially announced but I'm assuming they're listed there (and not at the top of the page with the other undated ones) for a reason.

EDIT - they seem to be sandwiched in with the ITV/Carlton releases on 22nd october so that may be the date.

Updated list of ones up on Play.com:

Blade Runner
Clash of the Titans
The Matrix
Heat
300
Troy
Sherlock Holmes
Seven
The Last Samurai
Inception
10,000 BC
I Am Legend

Last Samurai? Great stuff.

Keep them coming Warners, I want Gremlins!

EDIT - looks like they've stopped adding titles (for now at least).

If the Artwork is exactly like the digibook/Amazon.jp versions, i will double dip on a few of them and the ones coming from Amazon.ca will be opened up rather than sealed in 'the vault'

I hope the Steelbooks won't have the white artworks, nonetheless I'm getting Seven, Troy, 300 and The last samurai because they'll all have german audio and the german steelbooks are too expensive now

Now that they've updated their list I will purchase the following:

Blade Runner
Heat
Seven
The Last Samurai
Inception
I Am Legend

I would purchase 300, Clash of the titans & Troy but i'm happy with my Legendary Warriors boxset.

So far, only The Last Samurai for me. And that's still heavily dependent upon the artwork.

These all need to be below £10. None of this £15 BS ITV are trying to pull with their steels

I don't think they'll be below £10, but i sure as heck wouldn't consider them if any higher than £15. I'd plonk down for my favourites first. TBH, i wouldn't mind if they went down the £10.99 type route again, but it also depends on what the amaray releases retail for at times as well i guess

Pretty much all those films are already sub £10. Between £5.99 and £8.99. £10.99 should be the max price for the steels. Brand new releases have released at £11.99 and the majotity of these recent catalog steels is only £9.99-£10.99

Any more than that really isn't worth it. You'd just be buying steelbook for the sake of it being a steelbook.

Your move Warner. You know it makes sense.

Good thing is these will be accross the board at Play.com and Amazon so we should get some offer price to snap up at some point on Amazon if we're lucky. I'm not gonna buy if retails higher than £11.99 most likely, but i'd snap them up on the lower end. High end, rather unlikely.

Sainsburys have priced these up at £15.99 each and their usually the cheapest of the retailers. To much if you ask me. Totally dependant on artwork for me now and even then i might only get 1 of them.

£15.99 is a pathetic price for a catalog title. I refuse to buy these at this price on principal alone.

I paid less than that for the 2001 steel from Canada!

Does seem pricey though. They certainly wont sell fast at that price.
