Default Mode not suported

I own a BDP-S500 I have just been using it for 3 weeks but got some movies for it but something strange did happen.

The player starts up normal with a fantastic picture with the blu-ray logo I put in the disc - "The shining" and the movie starts to play but I want to hear the comment track on this film by Vivian kubrick and klick on "comment".

Then this happens:

Picture goes black and I get this error message on the screen "mode not suported"............

Anyone know what this means. ?

Is there any BD-Live on this disc. ?

The same also happens when I play Rio Bravo ---> comment track --> same error message.

Anyone got a clue what this can be and the reason for this. ?
