I got my first Besta from Ikea over the weekend. I'm hoping to get it hung on the wall sometime this week and take some pics. I can't wait to get everything up.

The cape on that Keaton Bats is a ***** isn't it?? Took me quite some time to get it so it looks somewhat decent.

A couple of people on Sideshow Freaks cut the lining out of theirs. It hangs much better, but the downside is that the inside of the cape is gray instead of black.

With mine I ended up flattening it out in a table and doing some pretty OCD folding and it's almost where I want it. It still doesn't hang quite right around his hands since I can't get his arms any closer to his body. I know a few people just took his hands off because they had the same problem.

You all suck with your fancy display cases and huge collections of awesome figures. Aside from the 1 I already have (Reeves Superman) and the 1 I have on order (Avengers Iron Man Mark VII), there are 4 figures I'm looking at that I would want to add to my "collection." Those total $950 before taxes, shipping, and import fees!!! Makes me mad.

Then there is the obvious need for a better place to house them all (glass case shelving) and lighting to add to said glass shelving. I'm probably looking at a ridiculous $1500+ for a bunch of damn dolls! My girlfriend certainly isn't appreciating these thoughts that you have all put into my head. "They're just dolls that you won't even play with" says she.

They can get very expensive. My plan is to just buy 1 a month until I have enough pieces to add a display case. After that I'll probably drop it down to 1 every other or every 3rd month.

No for real! Hahahaha

If you put a cloth over top of the cape and start to iron around the folds, it helps make it looser and fall more naturally

IKEA is a collector's friend. The glass cabinets a lot of people have (Detolf) are only 65 bucks a pop, around $100 with lighting. Besta's are also popular and they're about $130 with the glass door and lighting. The figures . . . yeah, those'll cost ya.

I don't collect things like this, but I love Hot Toys work! Here's their official TDKR Catwoman figure photos!

That Iron Man Mark VI is awesome. I would get the Mark VII but don't like the Tony Stark HS so will wait for a better version. Plus it doesn't come with a nice stand.

Do you mean it doesn't come with a nice "diorama stand?" Because the Mark VII comes with a nice stand that matches other figures free-standing poses with name plate and franchise title on the base. That's good enough for me.

Catwoman is available for pre-order on Sideshow. $195 is actually a little lower than I though it would have been.

Yeah I don't really like the name plate like Captain America comes with. Would much rather a stand that the other Iron Mans came with, think it looks much nicer as they can light up and all

For the amount of accessories I was hoping she'd be in the $170 or so range Sculpt looks awesome though.
