trawl enough posters, you'll start seeing even more. I just prefer to judge it on its own merits of whether it looks good or bad

I think that one is definitely obvious enough to show the "inspiration" for the poster, but the Daredevil poster is not exactly original. I'm going on experience alone, with no examples, but the pose is a classic, comic book "hero" pose. I'm sure it's been done maybe thousands of times in covers and splash pages. Daredevil, Spider-Man, Batman, etc... I'm sure you've noticed the similarities in poster art with them all as well.
