Well, I went for 22/32. Anyways, I don't get the confusion now. Wouldn't we just put the remaining films into a bracket, and then vote similarily. Thus,

Zombieland
The Adventures of Robin Hood (the one that made Errol Flynn famous)
American Psycho
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Wall Street (yes, even with the video problems)
V for Vendetta
Batman 1966 (more sentimental with brandy snifters)
Batman 1989 (Blockbuster is where I got that cool toy.)
Toy Story 3
Toy Story 2 (originally Beerfest, but changed my mind)
Blues Brothers
Braveheart
Cars
Superbad
Clerks 2 (Spiderman 2 originally won this out, but alas, changed mind again)
The Dark Knight
Snow White
Silence of the Lambs
Fight Club
Forrest Gump
Goodfellas
Grumpy Old Men
Pulp Fiction
Planet Terror
Pineapple Express
The Nightmare Before Christmas
The Muppets
Inception
The Incredibles
The Lion King
Jaws
Shawshank Redemption

Becomes

Zombieland vs. The Shawshank Redemption
The Adventures of Robin Hood vs. Jaws
American Psycho vs. The Lion King
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery vs. The Incredibles
Wall Street vs. Inception
V for Vendetta vs. The Muppets
Batman 1966 vs. The Nightmare Before Christmas
Batman 1989 vs. Pineapple Express
Toy Story 3 vs. Planet Terror
Toy Story 2 vs. Pulp Fiction
Blues Brothers vs. Grumpy Old Men
Braveheart vs. Goodfellas
Cars vs. Forrest Gump
Superbad vs. Fight Club
Clerks 2 vs. The Silence of the Lams
The Dark Knight vs. Snow White

To which I would vote

The Shawshank Redemption
Jaws
American Psycho
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Inception
V for Vendetta
Batman 1966
Batman 1989
Planet Terror
Pulp Fiction
Blues Brothers
Goodfellas
Cars
Fight Club
The Silence of the Lams
Snow White

Or am I missing something?
