Yes, it has an audio commentary by the director and a few others, deleted scenes and interview footage shot on the set of Two Evil Eyes. I guess they simply edited that footage or part of it into the cut from the previous special edition DVD, which is 84 min. Seems to me owners of the DVD won't get much added value to speak of.
