I thought Barry Sanders Jr. signed with Stanford. But it looks like he hasn't played a down this season. He's not his old man but he was very highly rated out of HS. Probably just taking him slow as he's a freshman.

Notre Dame plays an absolutely brutal schedule this year. This is their remaining schedule. They're a lock for a BCS game if they lose 2 or less. Probably even 3 losses given their schedule.

As bad as things looks USC can still salvage their season. Heck, if they were to run the table from here on out they'd have a very good shot at making the national championship game given their strength of schedule.

They have too many problems on the OL to run the table. I'm just hoping that they can make it to the Alamo or Holiday Bowl this year.

Barkley called the blocking schemes, because Holmes (the starting center who normally does it) was out with an injury and a RS fresheman started tonight at center. Add to that the poor OL play in general, Barkley was running around scared in the backfield, because he was getting pounded by the Stanford front 7. Just pounded.

Barkley is better than what he looked tonight. If USC got any kind of OL play, they win this game easily. However, all five players played horribly.

It's no secret that even when the Canes have top-tier teams their attendance isn't all that great. Here's their home average attendance from 2000-2008. And those teams in the early 2000's were some of the best they've ever had. Their 2001 team was one of the best in college football history. Since 2008 I don't think they've topped 50,000 average in any season.

I mean any quality QB can look like a star behind a star team... I just thought he'd be better than Palmer and Leinart and he's not put that kind of production up at all. I think even Sanchize would have done better had he stayed his full career.
