WTF amazon?!

I pre-ordered 30 Days of Night about a month ago. And I just got the email from them tonight saying it's been "shipped". But really they've just notified UPS to pick it up tomorrow. I thought amazon was good wiht their new releases and shipped them at least a day early. This one won't even ship until release and I'll probably get it Thursday

You never know. I've been notified that it's "ready for pickup" and actually received it the next day. (If you are looking at the tracking screen.) They were just late with their updates.

my orders usually take one day sometimes 2, but I am close to their processing facility. I hope you save a few bucks though

well, I believe their processing facility is in KY? and I'm in FL. Always takes 2 days. I did get it for $21.95 from Amazon though. I'm just a little angry that they're shipping ON the day of release not even 1 day before.

I think I originally pre-ordered it at the existing $26.95. must have gone down at some point though and kicked in my pre-order gurantee.

I just told them I was disappointed with the whole shipping situation especially being a prime member. and that they could have at least notified UPS saturday night or sunday. and to boot, my order is no longer in my list of orders for some reason.

I have yet to get a pre-order movie that Tuesday, its always Thursday even if I have it preordered for months and two day shipping is selected.

Well, what I'll be doing now is buying the movie at work tomorrow so I can watch it And then when I get the one from amazon in the mail, return that one and get my money back. It's all good I suppose
