The first pressing of the collection came in a digibook and all other pressings after that comes in a amaray case.

Ahh I did not know that, I guess that is why the price drop to around half what the Digibook was going for. I like Digibooks but I like saving money even more.

Has anyone ordered The Frighteners from .CA for $7.99? Just wondering if it's the U.S., English-only cover like it shows... I don't see two listings for it like Killer Klowns...

FS also had it for that price yesterday on shelf with the Michael J Fox cover with the blue background. Didn't notice whether it was bilingual or not though.

Good buy if you didn't get it then.

Love this movie when I saw it in the theatres and is truly an underrated classic. Also a fun time of the year to watch it.

yeah, i wanted to get the german steelbook, but at 7.99 i decided i really just wanted to watch the movie, maybe one day i'll grab the steel if i can get it for a good price.

I decided to risk it and ordering it from .CA to make up free shipping on an order... Initially, it said 1-2 months delivery (??), but before I could cancel, it had shipped... oh well. Couldn't pass up that price.

I'll probably end up finding -- or maybe making -- a custom cover for this one. I LOVE the ghost face version...

got three titles from the .CA

the ups van is definitely better than the milk courier

nice release for all sets, disc artwork, nice ship-cover for the RMS liner

glossy, embossed lettering and cruiser

hammerstein's was slip-less

glossy slip for the 3D title, wish the dragon logo was embossed

2D and 3D on separate discs, top notch PQ+AQ, well for all the titles

Anyone else who ordered this with the lower price a while back get any notice from Amazon yet? Set for release on Tuesday. Says $46.99 on the site. The one I/we ordered is still there but says sign up to be notified when available.

Curious to see whether they honor the screw up price.

The Complete Scream Collection (1-4 only, no docs AFAIK) is $21. [Yeah, I missed the set with the mask when it was cheap...] Tell me: are these transfers any good, like the same as the U.S. ones? Presuming they are the same movie discs as were in the mask box. I ask because it's Alliance. Thanks.

I'm in the same boat. I would think if they haven't canceled the order yet they will honor it.
