Will the The Dark Knight Trilogy box set be something like the Back to the Future set?...or will each film have it's own Blu-ray case just put together? If that's the case then I'm just getting Dark Knight Rises on it's own. What are you guys planning on doing?

I gotta admit though, the steelbook edition looks pretty epic!

Thanks for that, made my purchase already. Looks like an amazing set indeed, and thankfully it's not a lousy set of individual cases put together.

Well that was a "what if?" kind of situation. Maybe not America, but there are plenty of places in the world where people haven't heard of DC Comics and its superheroes. Especially dark village areas around the world, where even literacy hasn't made much of an impact!

That's quite a stretch. Do dark villages have Blu-ray much less TV's? Joking of course, but I don't think this single Target exclusive's gonna confuse anyone who the Dark Knight is.

Is the digibook just an excerpt of the separate hardcover book: "Art & Making of the Dark Knight Trilogy"?

They have TV though. Like 1 TV for 1 village community, where they gather in the evening and watch together. the only Dark Knight they know is spelt "Dark Night".

Did you order from Amazon US, 'cause every single product I ordered from Amazon UK, with the exception of one, got "lost in mail" . It is frustrating!
I live in India too!

Has Target updated their site to reflect two different books? When I ordered earlier this week, they only had one book available.
There has been speculation that it might only be one book with:
a) a lenticular cover
b) the two pics being front/back art

Sweet, time to complete the trilogy at home haha. A Steelbook would be cool.

That still doesn't prove whether there are two separate books to choose from though.

I say it will just be 1 book with lenticular cover. If only Target customer service were actually helpful, but they don't seem to know anything about the products their supposed to be selling, they just work there.

I don't think they can be faulted for that since it isn't available yet and wouldst know if it were lenticular or not. It's not. Target thing as it would be the same situation if this were available at BB, WM, Amazon , etc...
