I am actually looking at it right now hooked up to a Sharp 65" LCD, and I can tell you that it makes this TV look a lot better than it normally does. The specs and features are virtually the same as the panasonic, but the chassis is much larger, meaning larger processors etc. So although the same bluray drive, it is still using denon's better components. This bluray player is great, it upconverts better than the other units, at least to my eye, and the bluray playback is second to none, at least for what has been released so far.

EDIT:I just sold one to a lady by the way

Yes, it has the same dvd upconversion quality and the same LFE bug.
(almost identical setup screens)
Different case and build quality of course.
