Well somebody's got their panties in a bunch. I understand what you're saying, and I don't like seeing stock photo's either, but to straight up call them liars is a bit much. My question is, why do you care so much?

lol i love slips and didn't notice it till i got home since it was a in-store pick up i hate when other people pick my slips lol.you should see the back.

I hear you. Seeing the back might make me cry though.

I actually have one waiting for in-store pickup too because I'm going right past it tomorrow and didn't see the point of making a special trip today. I'm banking on them having a decent amount of them in stock so I can just cancel the pickup and choose my own (and use the U&S coupon). I wanted to order one regardless though on the off-chance they'd sell out by tomorrow morning. At least that way I'd still have (a potentially beat up) one.

There's no way in hell I would have left the store with that unless it was the absolute last one in-stock (so I could exchange it later).

When I do normal store pickups (without having to worry about U&S, that is), they know I'm going to pick out my own copy before I even tell them that I'll be right back. I check the one they picked against the rest of stock, present them with the best copy (which I tell them is the one I'll be taking), and (nine times out of ten) I put back the one they originally pulled on my way out just to be nice. Everybody wins.
