I'm pretty close to you in the Silicon Valley.
Flat panel or rear projection? Do you want 120hz? I got a 60A3000 (60" SXRD 120hz set) from fry's for $1499 a couple of weeks ago. Samsung, Sony and Sharp make some great sets LCD flat panels. Be careful on some samsung models have a shinier/more reflective screen (71 series I think). And yes, Fry's is the best place to shop in the Bay Area. What I do is check this scan of the add from the San Jose Mercury news. http://newspaperads.mercurynews.com/...px?advid=32664 my setup: http://i274.photobucket.com/albums/j...ey/display.jpg Last edited by Monkey; 02-28-2008 at 12:54 AM. |
